Nirootavan Gostar Moham Shargh was founded in 2014 with the mission of delivering specialized engineering and technical services to support the development of Iran’s power industry.
The company began by providing preventive maintenance (PM) and operation & maintenance (O&M) services for power substations in Semnan Province. Initially operating under the name Nirootavan Transmission and High Voltage Distribution of Semnan, the company expanded its services over time to include technical operations in the Khorasan region as well.
Aligned with national infrastructure goals in the water and energy sectors, the company gradually shifted its focus toward the execution of power transmission and high-voltage substation projects. This strategic evolution marked Nirootavan’s entry into major national infrastructure developments.
As the scale and complexity of projects increased, so did the company’s organizational capacity. Today, Nirootavan Gostar Moham Shargh proudly serves as the execution arm of the Moham Shargh Group, playing a vital role in delivering turnkey engineering and infrastructure projects across the electricity, water, and energy sectors.
Headquartered in Mashhad, Iran, Nirootavan operates as a project-driven company in eastern Iran and beyond. We take pride in contributing to the construction of sustainable infrastructure, expansion of high-voltage transmission networks, and implementation of wastewater treatment facilities that help safeguard the country’s water resources.
As a privately owned enterprise, Nirootavan is classified as a small-to-medium-sized company. Its senior leadership team comprises experts with proven backgrounds in engineering, project management, and execution—including the construction, installation, testing, and commissioning of complex power systems.
Our engineering, procurement, quality control, and supervision teams consist of skilled, energetic professionals committed to excellence and efficiency. Additionally, departments such as finance, HR, and HSE operate in close coordination to ensure compliance and seamless operational support across all project sites.
In the short term, our focus is on achieving maximum stakeholder satisfaction, delivering projects at high standards, and empowering our human capital as a key strategic asset.
In the long term, Nirootavan aims to establish itself as a leading EPC contractor in Iran’s power and water sectors, leveraging its full technical and managerial capabilities as a core player within the Moham Shargh Group.
